Parks and Gardens Labourers and Civil Labourers Wanted

We are seeking experienced Labourers and Civil Labourers to join our team at FlexiStaff. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for general garden maintenance, ride on mowers, mulching, spraying and trimming of native flora & weeds amongst the Parks & Gardens sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General garden maintenance
  • Ride on mowers, mulching, spraying and trimming of native flora & weeds
  • Labouring, maintenance and public interactions in the Landfill Sector
  • HR Waste Truck Driving, Offsider/Runner, Side Arm and Rear Lift operator, in the Waste Sector
  • HR Machine Operating: Front End Loaders + Watercarts + Articulated Haul Trucks + Excavators in the Landfill or Civil sectors

Requirements:

  • White card
  • Minimum 6 month's experience within a similar role
  • Valid driver's licence (HR desirable)
  • Hold Valid Training and Licences for operating Civil Machinery (Required)
  • Hold a Current National Police Clearance
  • Experience in the use of Ride on Mowers (Desirable)
  • Certificate III in Horticulture (Desirable)
  • Must be able to pass a Medical and Drug & Alcohol Test
