Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team. This role focuses on selling into the Spanish market, requiring fluent Spanish language skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow relationships with key accounts by planning and tailoring marketing activities using a consultative approach to increase year-on-year spend.
  • Generate new business, expand the pipeline, and bring on new prospects.
  • Sell high-value sponsorship and exhibition opportunities.
  • Pitch clients via phone and face-to-face meetings.
  • Attend competitor events and travel as needed.
  • Act as a market specialist with knowledge sourced from internal and external resources.
  • Utilise consultative, solution-led selling to close deals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in B2B sponsorship sales, ideally with large-scale expos delivering £1m+ revenue per year.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Strong new business and account management capabilities.
  • Degree educated (ideal).
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record of achieving high revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative sales approach.

Benefits:
This is a hybrid working arrangement with excellent benefits. Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 base DOE + uncapped commission.
