This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth in the white label business, supporting a team of professionals to achieve market share expansion year on year.

Job Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Establish and maintain proactive relationships with brokers, scheduling appointments and phone calls to ensure effective communication and partnership.
  • Collaborate with the LMG team to build strong broker relationships and knowledge of the lending offering.
  • Participate in regular state meetings to provide updates and feedback on results against objectives, utilizing Hubspot to track activity.
  • Organize strategic group meetings to foster collaboration and goal alignment.
  • Manage complaints from brokers and customers, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Post-settlement inquiries and management for brokers and customers.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Lead one White Label lender relationship, driving BDM activity and escalating product pricing and policy exemptions as needed.
  • Manage post-settlement enquiries efficiently.
  • Technical Oversight:
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical content for training, events, marketing collateral, and websites, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Input data for staff and broker loans submitted for White label processing.
  • Coordinate accreditation trainings to enhance team knowledge and skills.

KPIs will measure national and state-level white label market share growth, forming the foundation for the bonus structure.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Management).
  • A Diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Management).
  • Significant experience in finance, including lending, underwriting, sales, or customer service.
  • Mortgage lending experience in sales or underwriting.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
