Role Overview

This role is all about driving business results for our clients by developing and executing innovative media strategies. You'll be the key point of contact for our clients, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clients: Establish deep understanding of client challenges, objectives & initiatives. Build strong relationships at a senior level, providing innovative strategic insights by acting as an expert on the client's business, industry, and competitors.
  • Product: Engage with internal product teams to ensure understanding of their offerings and relevance to our clients. Leverage industry and agency suite of tools to aid planning, including target audience development, brand growth priorities, insights, channel roles, and priorities.
  • Growth & Marketing: Be a Wavemaker spokesperson on industry subjects, building a strong, high-profile reputation and personality in the market. Collaborate closely with your Manager to identify, showcase examples of great work from within the team, both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Proven capability in managing large diverse teams.
  • Possession of a passion for media and marketing.
  • Strong, up-to-date media landscape knowledge, confidently able to articulate macroeconomic and consumer trends and forecast challenges/opportunities for clients.
  • Inspiring communicator with clear written and verbal communication skills.
