Job Title: Dean of Christian Formation

Kingsway Christian College seeks a Senior Leadership Team member with strategic leadership expertise to provide direction and oversight in the promotion and development of Christ-centered curricula.

The successful applicant will lead the educational program and manage staff, students, and parents involved in the area of Christian Studies.

  • Provide visionary leadership through membership on the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Manage and oversee Christian Studies.
  • Oversee pastoral care of students and staff.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Current registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA).
  2. Working With Children Check clearance.
  3. Satisfactory Department of Education Criminal History Clearance no more than 3 months old.
  4. Written reference from Church Pastor/Minister.
  5. Legally entitled to work in Australia with proof of Australian Birth, Citizenship or residency visa details.
  6. Personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ including regular church attendance and a lifestyle consistent with the expectations of Christian faith.
  7. Supportive of the aims, principles and tenets of Kingsway Christian Education Association Inc. at Kingsway Christian College.
Essential Qualifications:

Qualifications in Theology or Christian Studies are required.

Must be fully committed and supportive of the expansion of Christ-centered education and the implementation of an integrated Christian curriculum within the College.

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Christian Education programs from K-12 is essential.

Strong inter-personal skills are necessary.

Approachable, good listener and effective communicator and public speaker.
