Our mission is to provide an ideal environment for creativity and innovation, fostering growth and development through Christ-centered curricula and educational programs.
The successful applicant will be responsible for giving leadership and guidance in the promotion and development of Christ-centered curricula, interpretation of College philosophy, development of College staff and learning programmes, and acting as a representative for the Board and Administration in relation to matters concerning staff.
They will also be responsible for the educational program and the leadership and management of staff, students, and parents involved in the area of Christian Studies.
Requirements- Current registration with relevant authority.
- Clearance checks.
- Qualifications in Theology or Christian Studies.
- Be fully committed and supportive of the expansion of Christ-centered education.
- Have a record of achievement as an educational leader particularly in a Christian school community.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, consult, plan, and delegate.
