About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Transport for NSW. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of end-to-end payroll transactions in accordance with legislation, awards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing payroll transactions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, awards, and policies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-centric service organization.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using multiple computer-based systems.
- Ability to learn new systems with ease.
