Physiotherapist Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of our multidisciplinary team in Residential Aged Care. As a key member, you'll deliver personalised treatments through our award-winning Plena Care Pathway.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans.
- Support residents with daily living activities, mobility, falls prevention, pain management, and skin integrity care.
- Deliver both individual and group-based therapy sessions.
- Work collaboratively with facility staff and within your professional scope.
- Contribute to ongoing innovation and high-quality clinical outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Valid Australian working rights
- Driver's license and car
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check
