We seek experienced family lawyers to advise high-net-worth clients.

About the Role

This role will involve representing high net worth clients on a wide range of matters including divorce, property settlements, parenting disputes, financial agreements, child support, and family violence. You will also act in alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediations and settlement conferences, primarily in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have at least 8 years' experience practising in family law. You will have in-depth knowledge of family law principles, procedures, and regulations. You will be working with clients at their most vulnerable state and as such, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to display empathy and build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
