Family Law Specialist

\

We are seeking a senior family lawyer with extensive experience in advising high-net-worth clients. As a specialist in family law, you will have the opportunity to work alongside accredited specialists and industry-leading partners.

\

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience practising in family law and possess in-depth knowledge of family law principles, procedures, and regulations. You will be responsible for representing clients in a wide range of matters including divorce, property settlements, parenting disputes, financial agreements, child support, and family violence.

\

You will also act in alternative dispute resolution (e.g. mediations and settlement conferences) and litigated disputes, primarily in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. We offer a competitive remuneration package, performance-based incentives, and autonomy in the conduct of your practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience practising in family law
  • In-depth knowledge of family law principles, procedures, and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to display empathy and build rapport
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior lawyers
