Job Description

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to multidisciplinary design projects across Australia & New Zealand. You'll shape high-quality architectural outcomes while mentoring junior team members and collaborating across disciplines.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver architectural design and documentation across various sectors, including transport, infrastructure, and public realm. You will be accountable for the delivery of projects or packages, supervising and coordinating multidiscipline design inputs and driving integration and collaboration across teams.

Foster enthusiasm for design and collaboration across the architecture and multidisciplinary teams, elevating culture through a positive, solutions-focused attitude that drives quality outcomes and a supportive working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver architectural design and documentation across various sectors.
  • Accountable for the delivery of projects or packages.
  • Supervise and coordinate multidiscipline design inputs.
  • Drive integration and collaboration across teams.
Requirements:

Minimum 8 years' experience and registration as an Architect in Queensland.

Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency across leading software including Revit and Adobe Suite.

Proven experience delivering complex architectural projects within a consulting environment.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.

Deep understanding of building design processes, legislation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
