We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) efforts at OneCare Limited. As an IPC Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing infection prevention and control at our sites, under the delegation of the Regional Clinical Services Manager.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular site audits to ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- Developing and implementing education programs for staff on infection control best practices
- Preparing and submitting monthly IPC reports to the Regional Clinical Services Manager
- Reviewing compliance rates for mandatory Hand Hygiene and PPE education, and completing any required training
- Conducting scheduled educational sessions for staff on infection control topics
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure the highest standards of infection control are maintained.
