About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to collaborate with a high-performing and results-driven team, applying expertise and passion for portfolio, program, and project management assurance and advice to deliver meaningful insights and pragmatic actions that drive real improvements in complex government digital transformation and policy implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support scoping, fieldwork, and reporting of program and project assurance reviews, assessing overall delivery health, effectiveness, risk management, compliance, and maturity to help clients achieve successful outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with client teams to deliver real-time and meaningful insights with recommendations driving continuous delivery improvements and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to project planning activities, including development of scope documents, workplans, coordination of project setup, and preparation of key project assurance artefacts.
Requirements
  • Tertiary degree in project management, risk management, business, or IT.
  • Certification in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, PMBOK).
  • Strong background in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in program or project assurance, performance evaluation, audit processes, Federal Government experience, risk management, project governance, legislative compliance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, work in a multi-disciplinary team, manage engagements and deliverables.
