Job Description

The role of Technical Delivery Manager involves overseeing the successful delivery, development, and support of key operating systems and technical teams. This includes managing a team of up to five direct reports, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and providing proactive technical leadership to support strategic goals.

This position requires a hands-on approach to delivering technology solutions, ensuring seamless system operations, managing vendor relationships, and providing technical expertise in system integrations.

The Opportunity

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the operational support of core critical business systems, including Salesforce, AWS (Connect, S3, Lambda, EC2), Google Workspace, and other platforms.
  • Proactively monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Supporting security initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
  • Working closely with other teams and external vendors to ensure seamless system functionality, integration, and efficiency.
Requirements

To be a successful candidate, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in technology delivery or IT leadership roles.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, AWS, Google Suite, or similar enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the delivery of technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with senior leadership or C-suite executives.
