Establishing Trust and Safety in Family Violence Referrals

We believe in creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals affected by family violence. Our team works collaboratively with victim survivors and their children to provide a comprehensive therapeutic referral service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and support understanding of therapeutic readiness for practitioners referring to family violence counselling.
- Prioritize victim survivor voice and self-agency in referrals made to family violence counselling.
- Advocate for improved understanding of the negative impact on individuals engaging in multiple service system responses concurrently.
A minimum Bachelor level qualification in Social Work or recent employment in the family violence sector, or equivalency met through the 7 Equivalency Principles is required.
