Communications Advisor

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing targeted communications and campaigns that engage health professionals and other key influencers. Your expertise in nutrition and/or dietetics will be invaluable in translating complex scientific information into compelling messages and resources that resonate with audiences and drive positive change.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate on the development of health influencer strategies and campaigns
    • Create and deliver educational and engagement activities for health professionals
    • Develop evidence-based content for digital and social media channels, as well as print materials
    • Build and maintain strategic relationships with health influencer bodies and individuals
    • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement
    • Provide subject matter expertise on nutrition and health claims
    • Act as a spokesperson for media and campaign initiatives as needed

About You:

We are seeking a confident communicator with a strong background in nutrition and/or dietetics. You should thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and bring a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. A passion for evidence-based health messaging is essential.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nutrition, Dietetics, Communications or related field
  • Experience in health communications, public health campaigns or stakeholder engagement
  • Strong writing and content development skills across digital and traditional platforms
  • Ability to translate scientific information into accessible, engaging content
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
