LORNA JANE is a global retailer empowering women to be the best versions of themselves. We're expanding our team and seeking an experienced Store Leader to join our Westpoint store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer experience, people development, merchandising and operational functions to deliver on store targets and KPIs.
  • Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and succession plan your team.
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
  • Roster your team in line with store trading.
