- You will bring expertise, compassion, and commitment to guiding patients through every stage of their journey, from diagnosis to recovery or end-of-life care.
- As a tailored-care innovator, you will deliver personalized information, education, and emotional support at the right time, adapting with agility to each patient's unique needs.
- You will thrive in multidisciplinary settings, building partnerships with colleagues and care providers to ensure all patients' preferences and priorities are respected.
- As a person-centred advocate, you will champion health and wellbeing in every dimension—physical, emotional, and social—so each person feels heard, valued, and supported.
- Advanced clinical knowledge and leadership in cancer care, with at least 5 years fulltime equivalent post registration, with 3 years experience in oncology and palliative care.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Ability to provide tailored education, psychological support, and clinical coordination.
- Strong leadership and advocacy within clinical settings.
- Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to accurate data reporting aligned with standards.
