Nurse - Telehealth

This is a chance to work as a Telehealth Nurse, delivering high-quality care and support to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily telehealth assessment consults, providing empathetic and non-judgmental care.
- Accurately document consult outcomes to support safe prescribing.
- Respond to patient enquiries, provide follow-up support, and escalate issues as needed.
- Liaise with prescribers and the wider Patient Care team for continuity of care.
- Deliver care in a structured environment with scheduled breaks.
- Support the team with general admin tasks and contribute to a collaborative culture.
The role requires a commitment to a 5-day workweek, Monday-Friday, within a 6-day roster.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in nursing, preferably with experience in telehealth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and other medical software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
