**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to manage our day-to-day operations and support the smooth running of our music school.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage student registrations, coordinate class schedules, and communicate with parents.
  • Handle tuition payments, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and students, maintaining clear communication between teachers, parents, and students.
  • Assist with planning and organizing special events, handle logistical details, and send invitations.
  • Ensure the school premises are organized, clean, and ready for lessons, manage inventory, and order supplies.
  • Maintain and manage the school's scheduling software and other administrative tools.
  • Assist in promoting programs, events, and holiday camps through newsletters and social media, create engaging content, and coordinate with external vendors if needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and basic accounting tools
