POSITION SUMMARY
An exciting opportunity exists for a driven Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with customers and assisting them in exploring our diverse range of products and services, under the guidance of the Store Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions and phone inquiries.
- Assist customers in discovering innovative design solutions and prepare project estimates.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols to promote a secure working environment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective solutions and drive sales.

- Previous experience in retail or the building industry is advantageous.
- Possession of a forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
