About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trade Qualified Painter to undertake quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and match vehicle paint according to specifications.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive colour library.
  • Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles as per Job Sheet requirements following industry processes.
  • Buff and denib vehicles for a flawless finish.
  • Handle all vehicles with utmost care and attention.
  • Note any additional paint work required beyond quoted services.
  • Report any old damage or substandard repairs to the production manager.
  • Clean and maintain workshop areas.
  • Coach apprentices when necessary.
About You:
  • Trade qualified painter with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality control.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking individual.
  • Ownership of necessary tools and equipment.
