We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and providing clinical supervision, auditing, coaching, and training to other clinical support staff and counselors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing coaching and supervision to counselors and other clinical support staff.

• Support the development and implementation of training programs designed to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Conduct audits and coordinate professional development initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.

• Collaborate with clinical management to identify organizational needs and develop strategies for achieving objectives.

• Maintain accurate training records and contribute to program development and evaluation.

Requirements

A minimum of 4 years' experience in trauma counseling or equivalent experience in specialized sexual assault, domestic, and family violence counseling.

A robust understanding of federal and state-based legislation relevant to service delivery.

Capacity to work and support staff while maintaining calm and promoting self-care practices.

Demonstrated experience in supervising others (minimum 2 years).

Educational qualifications: A completed Bachelor's degree from an approved provider or equivalent qualifications.
