The Technical Support Manager plays a critical role in delivering high-quality ICT services at the school. This involves incident diagnosis and resolution for complex issues, as well as the deployment of standardized infrastructure, hardware, and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical advice on the deployment of standardized ICT products and services to NSW public schools and departmental offices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of ICT strategies and policies that support the school's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of ICT services and support.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of ICT systems and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and provide effective technical advice.
