We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced backend engineer to join our team as a Technical Owner. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the technical direction of our company-wide platform, driving innovation and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of solving complex problems, leading technical teams, and mentoring senior engineers. They will be responsible for defining technical vision, architectural standards, and ensuring the scalability, resilience, and performance of our backend stack.

  • Define technical vision and architectural standards for the backend stack, ensuring it is scalable, resilient, and performant.
  • Lead the design and implementation of large-scale initiatives, such as service migrations and major API overhauls.
  • Pioneer new ways to integrate AI into core systems and development workflows.
  • Drive quality, process, observability, and tooling for the backend domain.
  • Mentor senior engineers and ensure consistent best practices across all backend squads.
About the Role
