Job Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support for individuals with disabilities in a 24-hour NDIS client roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care and support to clients
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans in consultation with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

Requirements:

  • Disability qualification (Certificate 3 or 4)
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children's check
  • Personal car and valid driving license

Working Conditions:

  • Casual/contract position available
  • 12-month contract
  • 24-hour roster, including mornings, afternoons, and nights
