Legal Counsel Role

This role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer to join our dynamic legal team as a Legal Counsel. We are seeking someone with solid background in contract law, corporate governance and compliance management to safeguard our operations and ensure legal integrity.

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of legal affairs, providing expert guidance on contract law, commercial agreements and corporate governance matters. You will also collaborate with various departments to address legal issues proactively and foster a culture of compliance.

As a Legal Counsel at Reckitt Benckiser Australia, you will oversee the development of legal strategies that align with our objectives, driving growth and innovation while mitigating risks. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, utilising your expertise and tools to support informed decision-making.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide strategic legal advice, ensuring that all business decisions are made with a thorough understanding of the relevant laws and regulations. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a brilliant legal mind who is always seeking better ways to serve.

The Ideal Candidate
  • A qualified lawyer with solid background in contract law, corporate governance and compliance management.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, equipped with sharp analytical skills and a detail-oriented outlook.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Adept at juggling multiple tasks and thriving in a dynamic environment that values timely delivery.

We offer a competitive salary package including an estimated $120,000 - $160,000 AUD per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
