Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Radio Design Lead to drive our team in designing and developing next-generation Wi-Fi chips.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Radio team in design, development, and verification of wireless ICs.
  • Ensure that staffing, infrastructure, and processes are in place to deliver silicon development from design through to tapeout.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company throughout the design, development, and production phases.
  • Guarantee high-quality, reliable results and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Technical project management expertise for cross-functional teams.
  • Technical leadership within the team.
  • Mentorship and guidance of junior team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of adjacent technical specialties.
  • Ability to deliver complex projects on time.
