**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Professional to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business transformation and ensuring a smooth transition for our employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing structured change management strategies, conducting impact assessments and stakeholder analyses, designing and delivering training and support materials, and establishing and monitoring success metrics.

You will also develop targeted communication plans that align with our strategic objectives, create and manage communication materials, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience in leading change management initiatives, tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, or a related field, and formal qualifications in Change Management.

You will also require strong project coordination skills, a sound understanding of project management principles and methodologies, and the ability to engage, influence, and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.

Additionally, you will need experience using digital communication platforms, including intranet systems, email campaigns, and video conferencing tools.
