About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team at Macquarie. As a Business Partner, you will play a critical role in providing insights and analysis to help the team effectively manage their cost base, support the delivery of technology strategies, and provide the opportunity to be a true business partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • 4-5+ years' of post qualification experience in Management Accounting
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide insights and influence stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills presenting to senior stakeholders
