Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and passionate individuals to provide person-centred care to support clients with complex disabilities in their daily living.

This role involves providing assistance with personal care, medication management, shopping, cooking, and other daily tasks. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans that promote client independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to support clients with various aspects of their daily living
  • Assist with personal care, medication management, shopping, and cooking
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Monitor and report on client progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive team environment

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A passion for working with disabilities, both mental and physical
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant qualification
  • Demonstrated empathy and a caring attitude
  • Holding a valid NDIS check, CPR, and First Aid Certificate
  • Fully COVID vaccinated
  • Right to work in Australia
