About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Affinity Coomera.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to our children, while also contributing to the development of our curriculum and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs for children from birth to five years old.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our curriculum and programs, ensuring they are aligned with the latest research and best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality educational programs and activities.
  • Monitor and assess children's learning and development, using this information to inform program planning and delivery.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor's degree.
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
  • A current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
  • A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.
