Key Responsibilities:
  • Culturally Safe Wellbeing Support: Provide person-centred wellbeing services to clients, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with local communities, promoting trust and respect through open communication and empathy
  • Travel and Outreach: Regularly visit remote locations, sometimes via small aircraft, to deliver essential wellbeing services
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients

  • Cultural Competency: Demonstrated understanding and respect for diverse cultures, particularly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
