Role Overview

This role is responsible for the execution of visual merchandise in line with brand standards and creative direction. Reporting to the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager and working closely with the store team, this position aims to maximise sale opportunities while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan all floor moves in conjunction with relevant store/department manager to enhance commercial and visual needs of the business
  • E nsure merchandising decisions are related to business results at all times, ensuring a focus on merchandising for profit
  • Provide support to store teams by assisting in their training and development needs in relation to visual merchandising
  • Strong styling of mannequins in windows and focal areas and top of shelf displays are in line with VM direction at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within a comparable VM role both In-store and apparel based divisions
  • Strong attention to detail, communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to analyse the business and take appropriate action
  • Ability to build relationships easily with stakeholders across the business
