Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers, showcasing our range of vehicles, and ensuring seamless sales journeys from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide unparalleled customer service, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
- Effectively manage the complete sales process, including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups
- Utilise digital tools such as Salesforce to maintain accurate customer records and manage sales activity
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver consistent and flexible experiences across all customer touchpoints
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in an automotive sales environment
- Specific experience with Utes and Trucks, with an understanding of customer needs in this segment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
- Genuine interest in the automotive industry and enthusiasm for our represented brands
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms
- Availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu)
- A valid driver's licence
