Home Support Worker

Care for our clients in the comfort of their own homes and make a real difference in their lives. As a home support worker, you will be an integral part of our team providing high-quality care to older people.
About This Role:- This is an exciting opportunity to join our In Home Aged Care team as a home support worker.
- You will be working with older people, assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible.
- Provide general household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cleaning the bathroom & kitchen, changing beds and washing.
- Transport to appointments and shopping.
- Meal preparation.
- Social Support or Respite for family/carers.
- Personal care including assistance with showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained).
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
- Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people.
- Good communication skills.
- A reliable team player.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety.
- An Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle (essential).
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
