Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage our day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, invoicing, and general finance administration.
About the Role- Manage all accounts receivable functions, including coordination and processing of invoices.
- Support merchandise accounting, including inventory and sales reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate customer data within MYOB and other software systems.
- Assist with banking, procurement, and day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Contribute to reviewing beneficiaries' financial suitability for funding.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and support as needed.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proactive self-starter with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, and general finance administration.
- Proficiency in MYOB and ability to learn other software systems quickly.
- Clear communicator with a positive, collaborative approach.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and composure.
- Initiative to identify issues and improve processes.
- Respect, collaboration, and speaking up in an inclusive and diverse workplace.
