We are seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Risk Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Role
  • The Asbestos Risk Manager will be responsible for coordinating asbestos inspections and re-inspections across various sites.
  • They will oversee and continuously improve our asbestos management plan and associated activities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • This role involves managing asbestos-related contracts and monitoring expenditure to ensure effective utilization of resources.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of a certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety or related discipline.
  • Significant knowledge of WA health and safety legislation and asbestos-related codes of practice for governance and compliance purposes.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating asbestos management plans for large or complex asset portfolios, subject to third-party audits.
