**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Lawn Care Specialist to join our team in Rockingham, WA. As a Mower Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our major mowing contract south of the river.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

You will operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently, perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, and ensure lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Operate mowing equipment and maintain equipment in good working condition.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
  • Ensure lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard.
  • Assist with other groundskeeping tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and sun.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
