About this opportunity

Healthscope is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our Medical Unit as a full-time position.

About the role

The successful candidate will deliver safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care to individuals and groups under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. They will work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs, including administering medications according to state law and organization policy.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and policies
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes
  • Administer medications safely and accurately, adhering to state laws and organizational policies

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Working with Children check clearance
  • Enrolled Nurse qualification in Monitoring and Administering IV Medications
  • Advanced level of clinical skills, with the ability to demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Compliance with Australasian Society for Quality in Healthcare (ASQH) national standards
