Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff to deliver patient care that meets the highest standards.
- Develop and implement education programs to support patients' recovery, rehabilitation or end-of-life needs.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a registered nurse in a scrub scout or perioperative nursing environment.
- Current registration with AHPRA and authority to work in Australia.
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification.
- Clinical expertise and commitment to continuous quality improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
