Mental Health Clinical Liaison CNC

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mental health professional to join our team as a Mental Health Clinical Liaison Clinical Nurse Consultant.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing expert clinical advice and guidance to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing complex and expansive clinical consultancy services within a mixed clinical environment.
  • Planning and coordinating care based on assessment findings, working collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient and family-centred care in a team-focused environment.
  • Acting as a role model and mentor to junior staff, promoting best practice and supporting their professional development.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • A Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 5 years full-time postgraduate experience in mental health nursing.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
