About the RoleThis clinical leadership position focuses on providing expert consultation, education, and support to multidisciplinary teams in various healthcare settings. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting safe, compassionate, and quality care for patients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Promote a service that fosters clinical excellence, research, and professional leadership.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and consumer groups to develop clinical practice standards and evaluate their outcomes.
- Provide consultancy advice, education, and support within mixed clinical environments.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with at least 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience and 3 years in the specialty field.
- Demonstrated evidence of strategies used to maintain current knowledge of clinical practice advances and research in mental health.
- Ability to apply expert Mental Health knowledge to provide safe, compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive.
