Job Opportunity: Field Team Lead

A motivated and skilled professional is required to lead a small team in day-to-day operations activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a crew, ensuring all field work meets high-quality standards, consistent with relevant HSE policies and procedures.

This role requires strong leadership skills, civil works experience, and technical qualifications in FTTP, FTTN, FTTC, and HFC.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all field work meets high-quality standards
  • Leading a team of crew members in day-to-day operations
  • Maintaining and installing underground and internal communications assets

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of field-based experience and possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Identify, locate, and protect underground services
