Workplace Health Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive workplace health programs.

  • Develop and coordinate health initiatives that improve employee wellbeing and organisational outcomes.
  • Provide recommendations on wellbeing initiatives that support the health of your customer cohort.
  • Utilise your professional background for the practical implementation of services such as health checks, nutrition consultations or group training sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring all services meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
About You:
  • Experience in health program coordination or related field with a proven track record of delivering successful workplace health initiatives.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills with the ability to work independently whilst staying connected to a collaborative team.
  • Strong project management skills and a genuine passion for improving workplace health outcomes.
