We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Expert to join our team in Skincare DTC. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain planning and analysis, with a focus on forecasting and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain rolling 12-month forecasts for finished goods, raw materials, consumables, and GWPs
  • Align demand with marketing calendars and product launches
  • Manage procurement and purchase orders across global suppliers (China, AU, Singapore)
  • Track supplier performance and identify cost-saving initiatives
  • Support freight and 3PL coordination to ensure smooth deliveries across markets
  • Take ownership of new inventory systems and help build standard operating procedures
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in supply chain planning or procurement
  • 1+ years' experience in e-commerce, preferably in personal care, fashion, or consumer goods
  • Strong forecasting and analytical skills (Excel/ERP/Inventory systems)
  • Experience working with international suppliers and 3PLs
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with confidence in both strategy and execution
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

As a Supply Chain Planning Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the right stock is in the right markets at the right time. You will lead 12-month rolling forecasts, implement S&OP processes, manage supply planning with global suppliers, and oversee inventory health across Australia, the US, and the UK.
