Sales Advisor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service professional to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service through phone, video calls, email, and chat, ensuring seamless interactions with customers at every touchpoint.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets by meeting and exceeding individual performance metrics.
- Manage incoming requests through our chat platform, leveraging the stream function in SMP/WDO to optimize customer engagement.
- Educate customers about Tesla products, tailoring communication to their unique needs and preferences.
- Effectively present and sell the entire Tesla ecosystem, providing ongoing support to customers throughout ownership.
- Maintain accurate sales records, ensuring systems are up-to-date and managing all outbound activities and reporting efficiently.
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to craft engaging conversations and build strong relationships with customers via digital channels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to take initiative, and work proactively.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English on all levels.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
