We provide access to quality HR advice and support to the business areas of the Department of Health. Our aim is to understand the diverse needs of the business and build on-the-ground business intelligence.

**Our Key Focus Areas:**

- Coordinating and delivering health, safety and rehabilitation outcomes to a geographically dispersed organisation.
- Managing workplace psychosocial hazards and developing strategies for innovative solutions in relation to occupational health and safety.
- Achieving return to work outcomes and managing work and non-work related injuries and illnesses.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

- Technical knowledge and expertise in workers' compensation standards and relevant employment legislation.
- Highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage information and provide advice on procedures and strategies.
