We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business development professional to join our team.

About the Role

This is a dual-role opportunity involving both new business acquisition and account management. You will play a key role in expanding the client base while nurturing existing relationships to deliver innovative digital transformation solutions across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with service offerings and market trends.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and revenue expansion.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and solution demos.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client success.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT Solution sales, Consulting or Digital Transformation.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Strong lead generation and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and collaborative.
