Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager Lead to spearhead our team and drive project success.

  • Oversee team members, subcontractors, and strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Leverage Tekla software to manage and check drawings for all projects.
  • Maintain open communication with Project Managers to ensure timely updates on changes (variations, EOTs, and claims) minimizing commercial exposure and maximizing profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Estimating team to consider all possible variations for accurate project pricing.
  • Coordinate production planning and execution.
  • Conduct site measures for custom-made elements to meet site requirements.
  • Analyze architectural, engineering, hydraulic, and civil plans to complete design work.
  • Negotiate with customers, designers, architects, engineers, and interfacing trades to deliver quality results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise in Tekla structures software is essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of steel manufacturing and fabrication processes.
  • At least 5 years' experience working within a drafting office environment.
  • In-depth understanding of structural steel design principles and its implications.
  • Proven leadership experience is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with building codes is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively articulate with various stakeholders and clients.
